The Ark, Short film

This is another one of Grzegorz Jonkajtys's wonders. A very powerful animation utilizing some awesome photography and diorama environments. Grzegorz is one of the most talented animators and directors, imho. Grzegosz Jonkajtys will be giving a talk on building diorama environments like the one used in the Ark, lighting them and filming at the live gnomon workshops in a couple of weeks @ www.gnomonschool.com.

this is a very old rotoscoped video of tom waits. aparently won an academy award for the technologies used in this film. i like tom waits quite a bit, thought people could appreciate old-school roto tech.
